Alternatively, after browsing our online selection above, you can phone in your order at 250-747-2915 any day from 9am - 4pm.

Picking up your order

When you place your order, we will be in touch either within the same day or the following day to confirm your requests. Pick up can occur one or two days after order confirmation, and we will notify you if if additional time is needed. We thank you for your patience while our small number of staff adapt to this new system of operation.

When you arrive at the nursery, please help us in following the Provincial Health Authorities advice on COVID-19 preventative and sanitary protocols by:

  1. Using our designated pick-up stalls and following the instructions on signage.

  2. Staying in your car when you arrive and if there is no staff member in sight, please phone 250 255 4653, and we will be right over.

  3. We will come over to your car, giving 2m of space, ask for your invoice number, and then go retrieve your order. At this time, you can request any seeds.

  4. We will come back to your car with your order and take a card payment.

  5. We can then put your order into your car or leave it on the ground for you to collect.

There is something I need, but I don’t see it on the form. Can I still order it?

We are constantly updating our form based on what is ready for sale. While most of our currently available plants are listed, if you don’t see something your’re looking for online, please include a request in your order, or call us, and we would be happy to see what we can do.

I am having trouble with the form, can you help me fill it out?

If you’re having issues completing the order form, please give us a call at (250) 747-2915 and we would be happy to assist you.

Can I pay over the phone or with cash?

Sorry, at this time we are only taking card payments on arrival. This is to make sure you are satisfied with your order prior to payment. We also think this is the safest form of payment as we can sanitize the card machine in between uses.

Can you deliver my order to me?

Unfortunately, due to staffing, we are unable to offer delivery service right now.

How will I know if my order is ready?

When we email to confirm your order. This means we are busy getting it ready for your preferred pick up day and time indicated in the ordering process. If for whatever reason we cannot fulfill any requests, we will let you know.

Can I come and browse your selection in person?

We invite you to shop directly in store while practicing social distancing regulations, sanitizing hands before and after entry, as well as refraining from handling things unnecessarily. This is subject to change based on the government’s updates and recommendations.
